A LITTLE ABOUT ME…

Giovanni Spezziga started out working in the luxury hotel industry 20 years ago, including working alongside passionate hospitality people at Bar Il Portico in Porto Cervo and in 2003 at The Yacht Club Costa Smeralda in the beautiful island of Sardinia in Italy.

Since then, Giovanni oversee the launch of the W London in 2011 and the Scarfes Bar at the finest Rosewood London in 2013. Giovanni was also at the helm as general manager of both the Bloomsbury hotel's new Coral Room & Dalloway Terrace, which opened in November 2017. Endeavouring to always push the standards of the bar & restaurant scene, Giovanni’s creativity and passion for the hospitality industry has allowed him to work in some of the finest hotel and cocktail bar across Europe.

Giovanni has worked in numbers of different opening and creative project with spirits brand, as well as launching his consultancy which has helped clients both in the UK and overseas develop new concepts and revitalize existing venues with dynamic service, design and overall operation advice.

The opportunity to collaborate on this exiting project in London: the challenge and possibilities were too compelling to deny.
I have the same hunger now as I did when I first job in Sardinia, and look forward to creating a thriving business, sustainably operated & enjoyed by all.
